  • With thanks to generous funding from The Barakat Trust, the KRC has been able to employ the services of a team of researchers to scan just under 8,000 35mm slides belonging to the Faculty of Oriental Studies' Islamic Art and Architecture collections. Alongside the scanning of these images, the researchers have also added captions and metadata to these images, with the aim of providing a highly valuable online resource for anyone interested in the art and material culture of the Middle East. This gallery contains over 1,000 images from the Olga Ford Archive, which were scanned as part of this project.
