Transliteration
l ʿḏrʾl bn ḥnn bn ʿḏrʾl w ʾtm ʿl- ḫr w tly ʿl- ḫr ṭyʾ f ḥrb

Translation
By ʿḏrʾl son of Ḥnn son of ʿḏrʾl and and he lost his mind (on account of grief) for Ḫr because Ṭayyiʾ had tracked Ḫr and plundered [him]
