Translation
By Zwr son of Hrs¹ and he built for his paternal uncle

Commentary
HCH 2 and 9 are enclosed within a cartouche and are separated from each other by a thinly scratched line. On the back of the stone there are some crudely hammered signs which may be wusūm or simply doodles.
