Transliteration
l hnʾ bn ʾs¹d bn hnʾ bn ḥyr w bny ʿl- hnʾ trḥ

Translation
By Hnʾ son of ʾs¹d son of Hnʾ son of Ḥyr and he built for Hnʾ who had perished

Commentary
After the first three names which are larger than the rest of the text the inscription turns at right angles and then continues boustrophedon.
