l ʾs¹ bn {ʿ}m bn ʾs¹ ḏ- ʾl ʿbs²t f mrd ʿl- ʾl rm f h bʿls¹mn ʾlh s¹ʿʿ s¹lm

Translation
By ʾs¹ son of {ʿm} son of ʾs¹ of the tribe of ʿbs²t and he rebelled against the people of Rome; so O Bʿls¹mn, god of S¹ʿʿ, [grant] security
