CGSP 9: l s¹hb w hʾyʾbny ḥn----y "By Ṣhb and Hʾy{s¹} sons of Ḥn----y" for l ṣhb w hʾ{s¹}y---- {b}ny {ḥ}n{n} ----y "By Ṣhb w hʾ{s¹}y---- {sons of} {Ḥnn} ----y"
Commentary
It looks as though a stroke has been added to the w. All that is visible of the eighth letter are two angled lines and there does not appear to be enough room under the damage for a line. The letter read as a b is angular with one arm curled in a hook. The ḥ is uncertain as it is not entirely clear that the third line is attached to the other two. The letter before the final one is very doubtful.
