l mġyr bn ms¹k bn ʿmd bn mlk w ḫr{ṣ} f h lt w ds²r s¹lm w ʿhnt

Translation
By Mġyr son of Ms¹k son of ʿmd son of Mlk and he was on the look out and so O Lt and Ds²r [grant] security and ʿhnt

Commentary
Ḫrṣ here could also mean “he was hungry and cold”.
The translation of
ʿhnt is also difficult.
