Translation
By Ḫḏm son of Ġṯ son of Nhb and he was distraught with grief for his father and for his mother and for his brother and {he was depressed} and then he was distraught with grief and so O Lt [grant] security to whoever remains and [inflict] blindness and mutilation of the nose and separation from a friend and madness and dumbness and a broken limb and disappointment to whoever scratches out the words

Commentary
The line of the n of wny is rather long and it is possible it should be read as a l. The author wrote a w after wlh and then erased it.
