l tm bn ẓnʾl bn ʿbd bn nʿmn ḏ- ʾl kn w rʿy h- ʾgml f h lt s¹lm w ʿwr ḏ yʿwr h- s¹fr

Translation
By Tm son of Ẓnʾl son of ªbd son of Nʿmn of the lineage of Kn and he pastured the camels and so O Lt [grant] security and blind whoever scratches out the inscription
