Translation
1: Wʾl the servant of S¹rmrʾ set up a standing stone ----
2: {to} ʿtrġth in the presence of ʾns¹ ----
3: blh -h and offered to her the two mḥr-rituals (incense-offerings) ----
4: {to} Ḥgr and may she favour him and his posterity ----
5: may Ḏġbt dishonour {him} and he [and] [his] posterity [who] dishonours it ----
