Eskoubi: zn rather than ʾn and n{ṭ}r for n{ṭ}rt;
Müller & Al-Saʿīd followed by Livingstone: nśrt rather than n{ṭ}rt.

TRANSLATION
s¹dn, Eskoubi: personal name.

Commentary
If the first letter is a ʾ it is of a quite different form to the third letter. This and the antepenultimate letter (ṭ ?) are the only letters which could not be Taymanitic.
